Today while randomly poking around the internet, I came across at site that I thought might be of some interest to some and maybe useful to me in the future.
The Home Renovator allows you to put in your room dimensions and it will give you a plan for the best use of materials. I thought it was kind of neat. Have you used it? How did you like it?
My understanding is that this could be used to plan your project to get the best use of materials, even in a new build. I have only looked at one example plan but it looks promising.
